Processing Time: Since our items are Make-to-order (MTO), the processing time for your order may vary depending on the complexity of the items and the current order volume. We strive to process and prepare your order as quickly as possible. You can expect an estimated processing time to be mentioned on the product page or during the checkout process. Please note that any customization requests or special orders may require additional time for processing.
Order Preparation: We will carefully prepare your chosen items for shipment once they are finished. This involves meticulously inspecting each product, ensuring that it meets our quality standards, and packaging it securely to prevent any damage during transit.
Shipping
We offer shipping to customers located in Canada and continental U.S.; we want to bring our unique creations to your doorstep.
Free Shipping
We currently offer free expedited shipping with purchases of $150 or more on all orders within Canada.
Shipping To U.S.
All orders sent to continental U.S. require additional time to deliver, and will ship via standard delivery with tracking. These items cannot be guaranteed to a date. Unfortunately we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses, Hawaii or Alaska at this moment.
Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of your shipment. You will receive this information via email, along with instructions on how to track your package.
Delivery Time: The delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination country. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, holidays or weather conditions may affect the delivery time.
